IT Administrator & Hardware Operations (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced IT administrator to support our ticketing and events business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office IT systems, hardware logistics, and technical maintenance. Your goal: to provide a seamless working environment for our team and ensure perfect hardware logistics for our clients.

You will not only be responsible for equipping our workspaces but also proactively manage seasonal fluctuations. Whether it's organizing hard tickets during the winter peak or maintaining our Apple fleet - you'll have the processes in sight and work closely with the department to continuously optimize them. Tasks

  • Office IT & Administration: You will be responsible for organizing and equipping workspaces as well as administering internet and telephone systems.
  • Hardware Operations: You will manage the operational business in the hardware sector, including returns, shipping, and professional communication with our clients.
  • Maintenance & Care: You will ensure the readiness of our hardware inventory through regular maintenance and careful care.
  • Hard Ticket Management: You will support seasonal and project-based hard ticket management and keep track even during peak periods.
  • Project Work: You will accompany technical projects and actively support in the seasonal business (winter/summer) to ensure scalability.
  • Process Optimization: You will bring yourself into action to question existing workflows within the team and shape them together more efficiently.

Qualification

  • Qualification: You possess a completed education or degree in the technical field or equivalent qualification.
  • IT Expertise: You are technically inclined and bring fundamental experience in handling Apple products (macOS, iOS) as well as the Android operating system.
  • Work Style: You work independently, reliably, and structured: even when multiple requests come in at once during peak periods.
  • Engagement: You show high engagement and are willing to be available as a point of contact (telephonically) on Saturdays in exceptional cases.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working together with the team and have fun driving processes forward in joint sparring.
