A bachelor's degree in computer engineering (Automation and Computers, Informatics, Information Technology)
Experience on a similar position is an advantage
Medium-level English language proficiency

Responsibilities:
Installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining the functionality of applications, system components within the company's area of responsibility Fraher
Realizing connections between different applications and systems, within the company's network or group network, data transfers, modifying system configurations in accordance with application requirements
Ensuring technical support and resolving operational incidents that occur during application operation, for critical situations 24/7
Preparing and keeping up-to-date documentation on applications and, where necessary, assisting in preparing infrastructure hardware and software documentation, including developing guidelines and manuals for use
Preparing and keeping up-to-date reports related to problems that arise and solutions found
Evidence and inventory of existing applications, regardless of origin, software licenses, in relation to IT infrastructure necessary for them and used by them
Providing technical assistance specific to users regarding the use of necessary applications, especially regarding equipment and technologies
General technical support offered to company employees in using computer resources
Technical assistance at contract completion and service for applications, including those related to necessary infrastructure
Ensuring support in maintaining relationships with application, service, and equipment suppliers, as well as acquiring new equipment and software, respectively, renewing support for existing ones
Executing backup and disaster recovery procedures and monitoring the state.
