About the Role Reporting to the Head of Technology, the IT Administrator is a key position within the Technology team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all IT systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our staff, managing IT assets, maintaining network security, and implementing IT policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support to all staff, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and maintain IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses. Maintain and enhance network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance. Manage and maintain cloud-based services, such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and implementations. Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system uptime. Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications are a plus.
