About the job

Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, network equipment, and backup systems. Ensures reliable daily operations, enforces security policies, supports all departments, supervises hardware lifecycle, and provides on‑call availability while escalating complex issues to central IT.

Job description

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, end-user devices, printers, and office applications
• Administer and maintain workstations, servers, network equipment, and backup systems
• Support the deployment of new workstations and IT infrastructure upgrades
• Performs computer network management control (user policies, groups, group policies)
• Maintains constant communication with all other departments within the company
• Organizes and supervises the maintenance of IT Infrastructure (PCs, laptops, printers, surveillance and access control systems, network equipment, servers, and backup equipment)
• Strictly adhere to all Adient procedures regarding data and information security policies
• Provide availability for on-call standby
• Escalate system-related issues to the central IT team when required

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Telecommunications
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar position
• Automotive experience
• Experience in network management and help desk support
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
• Experience in Server Administration and proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell
• Experience with VMware vSphere
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent in English
