- Compare and validate reports against another to identify discrepancies and/or variances.
- Flag, track, and escalate anomalies or irregularities to the team.
- Correct data at the source when needed.
- Maintain clear documentation of findings and corrective actions.
- Ensure data is handled securely and confidentially according to company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data validation, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
