A growing SaaS company is looking for an Account Manager to work on an exciting SaaS with product demos, qualifying customers and building relationships

IT Sales or account management experience? Love listening & talking to customers, showing them the benefits of a great product?

What you’ll bring:

BA or BCom or similar bachelors degree or not
1-2 years of account manager or IT sales experience in a software product company - SaaS or cloud based product or similar?
Enjoy building rapport with customers, using your excellent communication skills to set customers up for success
NO LEAD GENERATION REQUIRED this is working with warm clients
Enjoy learning about a clients requirements, teaching clients about the benefits of a great SaaS product through online demos
Enjoy guiding the customer through the IT sales / account management process with great communication at each phase through to negotiating the deal
Great team player who can work across sales, engineering & marketing to help improve the product offering
