Adecco We are looking for a Conciergerie itinérant H/F/X to cover the Delémont and Bienne sectors. Responsibilities - Perform regular quality controls on different sites. - Pilot small maintenance works and collaborate with relevant subcontractors. - Identify areas for improvement and propose new solutions to optimize services rendered to clients. - Manage daily operational requests, tickets, and reports. - Intervene on site as needed to support the team or ensure temporary replacement. - Formation in railway safety to be completed Profile - CFC agent d'exploitation, technicien du bâtiment or equivalent training. - Confirmed experience in conciergerie - Solid experience in both administrative and technical management of small projects or construction sites. - Excellent mastery of French, level C1 required. - Driving license essential. - Comfortable with common office tools (Pack Office) as well as management and ticketing software. - Autonomous person, endowed with a strong sense of service, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
