SITE INSPECTOR

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Site Inspector for an important opportunity with one of our partner companies in the highway sector for MAJOR PROJECTS.

The work location is BOLOGNA

YOUR ROLE:

• Monitor and control the progress of site work, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical specifications.
• Verify the conformity of materials used and construction techniques with current regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure that works are carried out according to project specifications.
• Conduct periodic inspections and prepare detailed reports on site activities, highlighting any anomalies or issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at work, promoting good practices among site personnel.
• Coordinate with local authorities and other entities involved in the works to ensure effective site management.
• Manage work on night shifts (from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), with potential activities on weekends, responding promptly to site needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the road sector.
• In-depth knowledge of technical and safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

The salary for this role ranges between €30,000 and €35,000.

The position is classified under the CCNL Commerce and Tertiary sector applied by our company.

The placement within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.

In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a revision may be considered with prior internal approval.
