Aufgaben

• You take on the role of Information Security Officer and develop the existing information security management system (ISMS) specifically further
• You accompany our ongoing ISO 27001 certification, steer the necessary measures, and ensure that the requirements of the standard are permanently anchored in the company
• You advise management and departments on risks and measures for information security and translate requirements into concrete measures for development, managed IT services, and business applications
• You maintain and sharpen existing guidelines, processes, and security concepts, monitor their compliance, and coordinate risk analyses for internal systems and customer environments
• You ensure that information security is anchored along the entire software development and operation process, e.g., through secure development practices, hardening, and authorization concepts
• You are the central point of contact for information security issues, support during customer audits as well as ISO audits, and organize training and awareness measures for employees

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of practical experience in setting up, operating or certifying an ISMS according to ISO 27001
• Ideal knowledge of additional standards and frameworks (e.g. BSI-Grundschutz, OWASP, NIST)
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and software development processes
• Ideal certifications in the field of information security (e.g. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP etc.)
• Knowledge of relevant legal framework conditions, particularly GDPR and requirements for commissioned processing
• Developed analytical thinking as well as the ability to address complex issues in a way that is comprehensible to the target audience
• High consulting and communication skills and pleasure in actively promoting information security in the company
