What you'll be doing: * Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget; * Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets; * Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication; * Identifying and mitigating risks; and * Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. What you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the finance industry; * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
