As an IRS24152 Consultant, Policies and Procedures, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and capacity building to CIMMYT's partners and stakeholders, with a focus on policy and procedure development, implementation, and evaluation. This will involve working closely with CIMMYT's policy and procedure development team to design, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures that support the organization's mission and goals. You will also be expected to provide technical assistance and capacity building to partners and stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations, to strengthen their capacity to develop and implement policies and procedures that support sustainable agriculture and food systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural science, policy, and procedure development, with experience in working with international organizations, governments, and private sector organizations. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations. The position is based in Mexico City, Mexico, and the ideal candidate will be willing to relocate to Mexico City for the duration of the assignment.
