Irrigation Farm Hand - Kenley, VIC

The Role

We're seeking a reliable Irrigation Farm Hand to join our client's almond orchard in Kenley, VIC. This is a physical, outdoor role where you'll undertake a variety of farm hand duties, with a focus on irrigation and general maintenance. Working within a close-knit team, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of the orchard while ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As an Irrigation Farm Hand, you will support orchard operations through a range of tasks, including:

• Carrying out irrigation work, including setup, monitoring, and adjustments
• Assisting with farm maintenance and general manual labour as required
• Following work instructions over radio and maintaining clear communication
• Supporting seasonal operations with flexibility during peak periods

Your Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in an agricultural environment
• Proven irrigation experience
• Good spoken English, with the ability to follow instructions over radio
• A strong work ethic and physical fitness to handle outdoor and manual tasks
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy periods
