Job Summary Background Project Iris is a Strategic Regulatory Reporting Programme that would provide SCB with a regulatory reporting system fit, for the future growth of the bank in an evolving regulatory landscape. The Programme aims to provide a platform that strengthens governance and controls, including data quality, risk management, and compliance. This will enable the bank to make informed decisions, reduce risks, and improve its overall performance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the delivery of Project Iris, ensuring timely and within budget completion. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to identify and prioritize requirements for the Programme. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme plan, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the Programme lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Programme, ensuring that they are properly managed and minimized. • Provide regular updates to senior management on Programme progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme dashboard, providing visibility into key metrics and performance indicators. • Ensure that all Programme deliverables meet the required standards of quality, security, and compliance. • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure alignment and integration of Project Iris with existing systems and processes. • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the new regulatory reporting system. • Ensure that the Programme is delivered in accordance with SCB's policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, or engineering). • At least 5 years of experience in programme management, preferably in a financial services environment. • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and the ability to interpret and apply them effectively. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana). • Familiarity with data governance and controls principles and practices.
