IR/HR Officer - Bellville South

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a dynamic IR/HR Officer to join our client’s team in Bellville South, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in Industrial Relations to support employee relations, HR administration, and compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Provide expert advice on IR matters to management and employees; Conduct investigations into workplace incidents and disputes; Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote employee engagement and morale; Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations; Manage and maintain accurate records of HR-related data; Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field; 3-5 years’ experience in IR/HR role; Strong understanding of South African labour law; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office applications.
