IOT Field Support Engineer

Job Title: IoT Support Engineer / IoT Field Support Engineer Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on IoT Support Engineer who can work with IoT devices at a practical level, interact with devices using UART connections, and support testing, demos, and field deployments. The role requires strong communication skills to work closely with a US-based team and flexibility to support demos and weekend activities when required. Key Responsibilities Handle, configure, and support IoT devices in lab settings, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop solutions. Provide technical guidance and training to internal stakeholders. Support the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IoT devices. Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to the creation of knowledge articles. Develop and maintain technical documentation for IoT devices. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field of IoT. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering). 2+ years of experience working with IoT devices or similar technology. Strong understanding of UART connections and serial communication protocols. Experience with device testing, demos, and field deployments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
