Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Railway Signalling Construction Engineer (SRK) to join our team, who will play a key role in the implementation of railway signalling projects in the area of railway lines and urban systems (Mainline & Urban).

Your role

You will take on a new challenge, using your engineering knowledge and railway experience in modern, technologically advanced projects. You will collaborate with Alstom's interdisciplinary teams, having a real impact on the safe and timely execution of investments.

Main tasks will include:

• Support and supervision of the installation and integration of SRK systems for railway and urban transport projects (Mainline and Urban)

• Ensuring compliance of conducted works with EHS policy, local regulations, and industry standards

• Organization and coordination of construction site works (construction site facilities, resource planning, site access, tools, subcontractors)

• Supervision of installation works for all subsystems and devices, including monitoring progress, quality, and efficiency of works

• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of design documentation delivery according to the schedule

• Identification and reporting of discrepancies related to documentation and technical drawings provided by internal teams and subcontractors

• Participation in site visits and field inventories during the preparation and execution phases of the project

• Initiating process, tool, and standard improvements in the area of installation and execution of works

Expectations

• Readiness to obtain construction licenses in the railway specialization, covering the execution of works related to railway traffic control

• Knowledge of railway systems and solutions (urban area, railway lines, or freight transport)

• Production or project experience (design, engineering, execution of works – welcome)

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in working with teams, the investor, and subcontractors

• Analytical thinking skills, stress resistance, and problem-solving orientation

• Decision-making independence and ability to work in a complex project environment

• Knowledge of "design & build" project execution, tender, procurement, logistics, and quality processes will be an additional asset
