Sales Engineer - Industrial Seals

Your scope of responsibilities

Person hired for the position of Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling and promoting solutions offered by BP Techem, as well as seeking out, building, and maintaining relationships with industrial clients, identifying their needs.

Scope of responsibilities:

•Active sales of industrial seals, including flexible BFM and Hermetica sealing rings.

•Identification of client needs from various industries (chemical, energy, water and sewage, cement, paper, mining, etc.).

•Technical consulting on the selection of solutions.

•Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, and partial supervision over the implementation of orders.

•Maintaining long-term relationships with current clients and actively seeking out new business contacts.

•Cooperation and contact with the manufacturer regarding pricing and technical consulting on products.

•Participation in industry trade fairs, conferences, and technical presentations.

•Reporting sales results and achieving set sales targets (KPI).

Our requirements

• Middle or higher technical education (preferably: mechanical, automation, electricity or related fields).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling products/technical solutions.
• The ability to conduct business talks and build relationships with clients.
• Independence, good work organization, and a focus on achieving results.
• Readiness for business trips.
• A driver's license category B.
• Knowledge of English at a level enabling technical communication.
