Sales Engineer

Location: Gdańsk

Your responsibilities

• establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• current analysis of the market and competition
• searching for various sales channels
• continuous cooperation within the team to increase sales effectiveness
• preparing and conducting sales presentations
• preparing offers, conducting negotiations with the client
• negotiating contracts in close cooperation with responsible technical departments, the legal department, and the direct supervisor
• active participation in trade fairs, conferences, training, etc.
• participation in meetings with investors, site visits
• cooperation with other company support departments to effectively prepare offers
• current updating and verification of the database (CRM)
• reporting on work stages and results to the direct supervisor

Our requirements

• minimum 2 years of experience in sales to industrial plants
• knowledge of the production process automation and robotics industry
• higher or technical secondary education
• ability to establish contacts, negotiate, and build relationships with clients
• skills for independent action within defined principles
• good computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
• readiness for frequent business trips
• communicative knowledge of English
• driving license category B
• ability to work in a team
• communication skills, willingness to learn and improve qualifications

Nice to have

• knowledge of the electrical industry
