Electrical Design Engineer/System Engineer (k/m) @ ASTEK Polska

You will prove yourself in this role if: you have a higher technical education (automation and robotics / mechatronics / electrical engineering), you have at least 2 years of experience in the railway industry, you have knowledge in the scope of system design and electrical installations, you are familiar with tools such as E3 (Zuken), Ruplan or similar, you very well use English language (at least B2/C1 level), you are good at teamwork, you are resistant to stress and consistent in your actions, you are a person who is able to work independently, you have the ability to analyze complex problems and find effective solutions, you are willing to learn and develop your skills, you are flexible and open to new ideas, you are able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, you are able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, you are a person who is able to work in a team and support colleagues, you have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, you are willing to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the success of the company, you are a person who is able to maintain a positive attitude and be proactive in your work, you are able to handle criticism and use it as an opportunity for growth and development, you are a person who is able to prioritize your own well-being and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
