Job description
Injection Process Engineer (M/F)
Location: Konstantynów ŁódzkiYour responsibilities
- analysis and optimization of production processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
- carrying out technological trials and implementing new products
- creation and supervision of process documentation
- monitoring and ongoing optimization of the process (quality, costs, time)
- searching for and implementing innovative injection process optimizations
- supporting the training of technical staff
- preparing reports on process indicators
- operation and optimization of robot work
Our requirements
- professional experience in the plastics industry in the above or a similar position
- higher technical education, specialized degree preferred
- advanced knowledge of the injection process
- basic knowledge of injection mold construction
- basic knowledge of plastics
- familiarity with quality tools (8D, Pareto analysis, Ishikawa diagram, 5WHY)
- ability to read 2D and 3D technical and design documentation
- knowledge of LEAN MANUFACTURING concepts (5S, SMED, OEE, TPM)
- communicative knowledge of English
- ability for analytical thinking
- communicativeness and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- good self-organization, diligence
- proactiveness
