Production Process Engineer

Can you be a Production Process Engineer in Wrocław, which we are looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and use your technical knowledge in a new field. You will work with qualified and team-oriented colleagues. You will play a key role in shaping the future of rail mobility, ensuring the highest production standards. Responsibilities of the hired person will include:
- Supervising the start-up of the first production unit and overseeing ongoing serial production in a given area
- Developing concepts for technological processes and necessary equipment for product execution
- Developing technical documentation
- Creating and updating material structures in SAP
- Resolving technical problems arising during production
- Developing and implementing technological changes/construction changes
- Ongoing improvement of production processes in terms of quality and product costs
- Preparing data on technology in the process of offering products
- Creating and updating lists of equipment and special tools
- Creating additional process instructions and BHP
- Cooperation with other company departments, such as Purchasing, Quality, Planning, Project Management, etc.
- Participation in internal audits and participation in audits of suppliers and subcontractors as an expert
- Participation in optimization projects and infrastructure improvements at the plant
- Bachelor's degree in technical field
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of machine building, welding technology, and other metal processing processes
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package
- Familiarity with SAP system
- Familiarity with AutoCad/Catia programs
- Independence; Good work organization; Ability to work in a team; Creativity; Perseverance and enthusiasm for achieving results
- Work with various teams,
- Work with the latest rail technology and equipment,
