Construction Engineer - Track Works (Railway Industry)

Location: Bydgoszcz

Your responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating construction work in track works, ensuring timeliness and quality of execution in accordance with current building law regulations and project specifications and tender documents (railway investment LK 201 Wierzchucin - Lipowa Tucholska),
• Cooperating with the site manager, managers of individual trades, the technical department, and subcontractors,
• Analyzing project documentation for optimization and selection of alternative solutions,
• Preparing and maintaining construction documentation,
• Monitoring work progress, reporting on work execution, and participating in the development of schedules, analyses, and summaries,
• Preparing requests for quotation, supporting the procurement process, and selecting suppliers and subcontractors,
• Managing current settlements with subcontractors and preparing sales documentation for the Ordering Party.

Our requirements

• Technical higher education,
• Professional experience in a similar position,
• Ability to analyze project documentation,
• Knowledge of building law and related executive regulations,
• Proficiency in MS Office and Autocad,
• Commitment to implemented projects,
• Accuracy, diligence, and versatility,
• Responsibility, good work organization, and independence in action,
• Driving license category B.
