Requirements 1. Higher Technical Education (engineering or master's degree). Preferred fields: Mechanical and Machine Building Mechatronics Materials Engineering Electronics Physics Technical (or related fields connected with construction and development of products) 2. Experience 5–7 years of professional experience in the R&D, design, or product development area. 3. Knowledge and technical competencies Mechanical or electronic design – expert level. Experience in research and development projects, including testing and validation of prototypes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and experience with 3D printing technologies. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME). Experience in project management and coordination. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
