DevSecOps Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps/Platform Engineer to join a team responsible for the development and maintenance of a modern cloud platform supporting AI, MLOps, and Data solutions. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technology, architecture, and automation, while also wanting to have a real impact on the direction of development for a platform used by many product teams. Your tasks: * Development and maintenance of a Kubernetes platform operating in a cloud environment * Building and standardizing CI/CD and GitOps processes * Infrastructure automation using Terraform * Collaboration with development teams, architects, and the Security domain * Designing solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and security * Development of the observability, monitoring, and platform reliability domain * Support for environments used by AI, Data Science, and MLOps teams * Mentoring and promoting Cloud Native and Platform Engineering best practices Requirements: * Several years of experience in a DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineer, or SRE role * Very good knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud Native environments * Practical experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux) and CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) * Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code approach * Experience working with public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure welcome) * Knowledge of cloud environment security, IAM, and secrets management * Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenSearch, or similar) * Ability to design and develop highly available production platforms * Experience collaborating with development teams and fulfilling a technical leader role will be a significant asset Nice to have: * OpenShift * Istio/Service Mesh * MLOps, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or other AI/ML platforms * Experience in regulated organizations (banking, finance, telco, healthcare)
