Job description
We are currently looking for a person to work in the position of:
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
SCOPE OF DUTIES:- supervision of construction works,
- preparation of quantity surveys and measurements of works,
- monitoring the timeliness of deliveries of equipment and materials and their inspection for compliance,
- preparation and archiving of contractual documentation,
- participation in the bidding and cost estimation process,
- settlement of works with subcontractors,
- performing other activities necessary for the execution of the contract.
REQUIREMENTS:
- technical higher education,
- practical knowledge of technical documentation,
- independence in action,
- availability, communication skills,
- driving license cat. B
- very good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD,
- knowledge of operating basic construction instruments (level, etc.)
