Job description
Construction Engineer m/f
Workplace: ToruńYour responsibilities
- managing construction based on building law regulations,
- supervising the quality and timeliness of executed works in accordance with the construction design, technical specification, and construction art,
- organizing and coordinating the construction site,
- controlling subcontractors in accordance with the contract provisions, design documentation, schedule, and OSH regulations,
- analyzing the schedule and progress of works,
- analyzing technical documentation and monitoring construction costs,
- cooperating with the Investor, designers, and other technical teams,
- maintaining construction documentation, supervising the preparation of as-built and acceptance documentation, coordinating activities ensuring compliance with health and safety rules during construction works,
- we are looking for a Construction Engineer for the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
Our requirements
- We expect from candidates:
- higher technical education in construction,
- at least 3-4 years of professional experience in the independent role of a Construction Engineer,
- cost estimating skills,
- excellent ability to plan, organize, and control team work,
- independence and dynamism in action,
- availability.
