Construction Engineer - Construction Industry
Place of work: Bogdanka (Łęczyński district)Your responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of construction works carried out by own forces and subcontractors;
- Coordination of tasks according to established priorities and assumptions;
- Ensuring safety measures and quality standards, supervision of OHS regulations;
- Solving current technical problems;
- Preparation of documents and analyses for ongoing execution;
- Management of construction processes and execution of all project phases (until the handover of the construction to the investor);
- Construction settlements.
Our requirements
- Higher education in civil engineering;
- Construction license for directing construction works without limitations in the structural-construction specialty;
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in an independent position requiring a license;
- Knowledge of the Building Law and standards;
- Organizational and leadership skills;
- Ability to cooperate with the investor and the project team;
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and projects.
