Senior AI Engineer

We will analyze your portfolio and get back to you in case of a suitable project. Tasks awaiting you: designing and developing AI-based solutions, including agents, copilots, and autonomous processes, creating and developing solutions using GenAI, LLM, and RAG, building the application layer and API for AI systems, optimizing agent systems (single-agent and multi-agent), including integration, orchestration, and context management, monitoring the quality, performance, and costs of AI solutions, implementing mechanisms ensuring the security and stability of AI systems, collaborating with business and technology teams in designing and implementing new solutions, participating in initiatives related to process automation and the use of modern AI technologies in the organization. You will be a good fit for this role if: you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 2 years in AI-related projects, you have practical experience working with LLM and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions, you know agent architectures (single-agent and multi-agent) and issues related to agent context management, you have a very good command of Python and apply good programming practices, you understand that AI solutions are production systems requiring attention to quality, security, and stability, you can combine a research approach with practical implementation of business solutions, you have experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, Databricks or similar), you think analytically and effectively solve complex technological problems, you can work independently, take responsibility for implemented tasks, and collaborate effectively with the team, you are interested in the development of AI technologies and follow the latest market trends. An additional asset would be: knowledge of frameworks and tools used for building AI agents, experience in observability, monitoring response quality, performance, and costs of AI systems, knowledge of AI security issues, including protection against prompt injection, input and output data validation, and user permission management, experience in designing and developing APIs (e.g., FastAPI), experience working with AI solutions in regulated environments, such as the financial or banking sector, knowledge of business process automation issues.
