As Invoicing & Billing Officer (m/w/d) in full-time at the Germersheim location, you will work at the interface between Finance, Operations, and Customer Service and ensure that our invoicing and settlement processes run precisely, timely, and customer-oriented. Tasks

• Invoicing of freight forwarding orders/services against customers
• Billing control Implementation of credit note procedures against business partners Handling of billing complaints

Qualification

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably for logistics and transportation or in the financial sector
• Ideal experience in accounting or controlling
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
• High level of self-responsibility and stress tolerance Responsible and independent working style
• Friendly personality with good communication skills
• MS Office proficient
