Investor Relations Manager (w/m/d)
Job description
We are a nationwide active non-profit foundation with headquarters in Berlin and colleagues in Hamburg. Together, we work towards providing better education opportunities for children. With our language promotion program MITsprache, we accompany children from kindergarten to elementary school and support around 3,500 children at over 150 educational institutions across Germany annually. We work digitally, agilely, and with short decision-making paths.
We are looking for a part-time Investor Relations Manager (w/m/d) in Berlin, working at least 20 hours per week. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our supporting partners, maintain relationships, and ensure reliable and smooth communication. You will also support the development of potential supporters within our existing network.
Tasks
Relationship maintenance with existing supporting partners
- Communication with existing supporting partners
- Preliminary preparation and follow-up on meetings, as well as maintenance of relevant information in the contact management system
Proactive reporting & impact communication
- Preparation of updates, impact reports, and project information around MITsprache
- Alignment of relevant content with the program team
Middle-range acquisition at existing contacts
- Identification and development of potential supporters within our existing network
- Support in addressing, maintaining relationships, and tracking potential supporting partners
Qualification
- You bring relevant experience in fundraising, sales, key account management, partner management, or a comparable role
- You have a good sense for relationship maintenance and professional communication with partners and stakeholders
- You have a good understanding of business economics and think service- and solution-oriented
- You are digitally inclined and quickly adapt to tools, CRM, or contact management systems
- You want to set yourself up for better education opportunities for children and contribute to societal impact
