Investor Relations Manager (all genders)

In this key role with location 1120 Vienna, you will be responsible for building, developing, and operationally implementing investor relations activities. As a central interface between the capital market, management, and internal departments in a future listed company at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, you will act as a bridge between these stakeholders. We want to drive the energy transition! Do you too? For over 200 years, we have been developing and producing innovative copper-based solutions for energy generation at ASTA. Our products are used in various applications such as power transmission lines, distribution networks, and industrial processes. As an Investor Relations Manager, your main tasks will be to develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy, identify and prioritize key stakeholders, and maintain open communication channels with them. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, quarterly results, and other relevant information to investors and the capital market. In addition, you will support the company's management in developing and implementing its overall strategy, as well as in communicating it to internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with excellent communication skills, who is familiar with the energy industry and has experience in investor relations or a related field.
