We are looking for professionals to join our Investor team.

About the role

The Investor team is the technical-commercial nucleus of Advisory and Allocation at BlackbirdCo.
It is responsible for building, communicating, and executing investment strategies for the company, connecting macroeconomic analysis to financial results for clients and the company.

The Investor is the owner of the investment thesis, the specialist who defines the strategy, presents the rational, and executes the allocation of investment products (funds, fixed income, fee-based, pension, etc.) available on investment platforms.

What you will do

• Develop and communicate investment theses and portfolio strategies;

• Present and offer investment products;

• Conduct portfolio reviews and technical meetings with clients, along with Bankers and Daily Bankers;

• FOLLOW performance and recommend adjustments to allocation;

• Study reports and produce technical presentations;

• Maintain continuous integration with other Product areas;

• Participate in investment campaigns and new product launches;

• Ensure that all recommendations are aligned with risk guidelines and client profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of financial products and economy.
• ANCORD certification is mandatory (can be completed after start)
• Excel proficiency and analytical skills;
• Clear technical communication and consultative posture;
• Focus on results and commercial orientation.

Differentiators

• Experience in consulting sales of investment products (funds, fixed income, pension, fee-based).
• Lived experience in asset management, product desk, or private banking.
• Knowledge in Python, VBA, or BI tools.
• Interest in technical development and future portfolio leadership.
• CEA, CFP, or CFA-1.
