What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented analyst to join our Investments & Asset Management team. In this role, you will play a critical role in executing investment strategies and supporting capital – raising efforts within the luxury real estate sector.

Key responsabilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on new investment opportunities (both desktop and on-site)

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate project feasibility and returns.

• Repare high-quality pitdecks and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidate:

• Recently graduated (1 year of experience) or currently enrolled in the final semesters of university.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• English proficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Critical thinking

• Great organizational skills

• Great numerical and mathematical skills is preferred

• Financial and commercial real estate knowledge is preferred

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is preferred
