We are looking for locations: Cologne, Berlin, and Magdeburg. You will primarily serve customers in your region.

After your onboarding, you will benefit from flexible working conditions with the possibility of working primarily remotely.

What you can support us with:

• Acquisition of New Customers and Customer Development: You will actively expand the Investment Solutions business area, acquire new customers, and strategically develop existing customer relationships. Through your on-site presence with the customer, you will tap into potential and initiate sustainable business relationships.
• Investment Advice & Customer Care: You will accompany your customers in personal and digital advisory meetings and develop customized investment solutions. In doing so, you will provide advice, in particular on sustainable investment strategies, and present your concepts convincingly at the decision-maker level.
• Collaboration & Cross-Selling: Together with corporate client advisors, product specialists, and other departments, you will create individual added-value solutions for our customers. You will identify cross-selling potentials and use them specifically for the further development of customer business.
• Support for Non-profit Organizations and Foundations: You understand the specific requirements of foundations and non-profit organizations and combine in-depth knowledge of the foundation landscape with professional, needs-based investment advice.
• Sales Management and Potential Analysis: Based on economic key figures and market information, you will identify attractive target customers, continuously analyze your customer portfolio, and derive suitable measures to achieve your sales goals.
• Market Observation and Development of the Product Offering: You will track relevant market and capital market trends as well as regulatory developments and actively contribute your insights to the further development of our product and service offering.

What you bring with you:

• Education and Experience: You have completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you complement this with a degree in business administration, economics, or banking, or with comparable practical expertise.
• Qualifications in Securities Business: You have experience in qualified customer advice, preferably in investment or asset management, and possess in-depth knowledge of the securities and investment business. Additional qualifications, such as foundation advisor (m/f/d), advisor (m/f/d) for sustainable investments, or a CIIA degree, are desirable.
• Commitment and Customer Orientation: You are passionate about partnership-based advice to demanding customers, think entrepreneurially, and convince with your confident demeanor and high service orientation.
• Work Style: You work independently, are well-organized, and quickly find suitable solutions for challenges.
• Analytical Strength and Strategic Vision: You quickly grasp complex contexts, make well-founded decisions, and always keep an eye on customer needs and market opportunities.
