Investment Operations Specialist Location: On-site Chihuahua, Mexico | Merida, Mexico Buenos Aires, Argentina | Cordoba, Argentina We are looking for an Investment Operations Specialist with experience in investment operations, reconciliations and operational support for global portfolios. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, executing daily processes and collaborating with custodians, brokers and administrators. Responsibilities Execute daily Trade Matching, Settlement and Reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of trades. Collaborate with custodians, brokers and administrators to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the settlement process. Provide operational support to portfolio managers and traders by ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and reported. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including custodians, brokers and administrators. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in investment operations processes. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide training and support to team members as needed. Participate in special projects and initiatives as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in investment operations, reconciliations and operational support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
