Job description

As Asia Pacific’s largest premium serviced office provider, TEC’s portfolio of over 260 centres is constantly expanding. The Investment Manager will be primarily focused on underwriting, evaluating, and pitching new expansion opportunities. The team member will also be responsible for maintaining accurate forecasts, creating regular reports for corporate management and TEC’s Board of Directors, and assisting in a diverse range of ad-hoc and long-term strategic projects. The Investment Management team works closely with the regional and global teams to drive financial performance, improve asset values, and mitigate risk for the company. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with senior management and to be directly involved in the strategic growth and financial success of the company. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth financial modelling and analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities, including pro forma financial statements, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and sensitivity analysis. * Underwrite new business opportunities, assessing financial feasibility and risks associated with each project. * Prepare and present investment proposals and recommendations to senior management. * Manage and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets. * Prepare and present regular financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary, to corporate management and the Board of Directors. * Monitor the performance of existing investments and identify areas for improvement. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities. * Assist with due diligence and transaction execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure successful project execution. * Assist in a diverse range of ad-hoc and long-term strategic projects, as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment management, or real estate investment. * Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Experience in the serviced office or real estate industry is a plus.
