Job Position : ECM -Investment Banking Job Description: Execute IPO, FPO, QIP, Rights Issue, OFS transactions Manage due diligence, DRHP/RHP drafting & regulatory filings Liaise with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and other relevant authorities Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and listing requirements Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, accounting, and marketing departments to ensure seamless execution of transactions Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process.
