Investment Banking Intern (1 Year Internship Program M&A) - Mexico City

About this role: As an Investment Banking Intern, you will be part of our M&A team, working closely with senior bankers and other interns to support deal execution. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, financial models, and other materials for client presentations. • Conducting industry research and analyzing market trends to identify potential opportunities for clients. • Participating in due diligence processes and providing support during transaction closings. • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects. • Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for clients. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. • Strong analytical skills and ability to work well under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
