Investment Bank Internship (m/f/d) - From January 2027

Do you feel like having an exciting internship in M&A in Hanover and don't want to just sort logos? Then come and help us build the most digital investment bank in Europe from January 2027!

Tasks

- You will support the seller side in succession and takeover situations in the SME segment

- You will identify and analyze interested buyers/sellers and prepare pitches

- You will process and update project documents (e.g., Investment Memos and Teasers)

- You will work on the creation of company valuations

- A little administrative work might also be involved

Qualification

- You are in the 3rd or 4th semester of your business administration studies

- You have prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or at the Big 4

- You have strong analytical skills and are a talent for organization

- You are a strong communicator and enjoy teamwork

- You are enthusiastic about M&A and the German Mittelstand

- You speak fluent German and English

- You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
