Investment Associate / Vice President

LHH For our client, SGR operating in the Venture Capital sector, we are looking for an INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE / VICE PRESIDENT The figure will be involved in the entire deal cycle ? from scouting/origination of new opportunities to closing investment operations ? and management and valuation of portfolio companies. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Identify and analyze new investment opportunities; - Support the team in conducting due diligence on potential investments; - Assist in negotiating and structuring investment agreements; - Collaborate with the investment committee to make investment decisions; - Monitor and report on portfolio company performance; - Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies; - Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: - A degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; - At least 5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital or investment banking; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Fluency in English.
