My team is cooperating with a well established Venture Capital fund based in Spain and they are looking for Investment Associate / Senior Associate / Manager level professionals with 5-10years of experience to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing : Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in Europe. Due Diligence : Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research and industry trends. Investment Analysis : Analyze the investment opportunity from a financial perspective, considering factors such as revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow. Portfolio Management : Manage and monitor investments to ensure alignment with the fund's strategy and goals. Communication : Communicate effectively with portfolio companies, investors, and other stakeholders. Teamwork : Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new investment opportunities. Reporting : Prepare regular reports on investment performance and portfolio company updates. Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in private equity and venture capital.
