Oister is looking for an Investment Associate who will play a crucial role in the investment process, assisting in sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, leading in-depth due diligence, and portfolio management. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research on companies, industries, and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities. This includes analyzing financial statements, industry reports, and other relevant data to make informed decisions. The Investment Associate will also work closely with the investment team to develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, providing guidance and support as needed. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize returns.
