Preparation, implementation, and supervision of investment projects;

Development of a plan for current/capital repairs, their assignment, and supervision over their execution;

Implementation of ongoing exploitation of local sales network resources;

Accounting and reporting of investment expenses in accordance with the established budget;

Management of the process of eliminating failures;

Coordination of the process of launching sales points.

Middle-level education in construction;

Work experience related to implementing investment projects;

Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors' work;

Familiarity with MS Excel and AutoCAD ;

Proactivity and willingness to independently solve problems;

Ability to manage time and simultaneously handle multiple tasks;

Driving license category B.
