Investment Analyst Private Credit

Position – Investment Analyst/ Associate Summary: The incumbent will be a part of the investment team of Neo Special Credit Opportunities Fund and will play a key role in analyzing various investment opportunities and taking them to meaningful closure. Role will involve evaluating various investment opportunities by doing thorough diligence, developing sector/industry understanding, preparing investment models and memos, presenting to investment committees, negotiating the transaction documents; identifying potential risks and mitigating strategies; conducting due diligence on portfolio companies; performing financial analysis and modeling; providing recommendations for investments; and collaborating with other team members to achieve fund objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
