Aufgaben

What Awaits You

You will be involved in analyzing, developing, and implementing content related to finance and investment themes.

• Market Analysis. You analyze securities and the current market situation to create investment ideas and support the trading and marketing team.
• Digital Campaigns. You develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative, and effective, to effectively address our target groups.
• Performance Marketing. You manage and develop our marketing funnel over various platforms and maximize conversion rates with a focus on customer acquisition.
• Financial Content. You create simple and in-depth educational videos about personal finance, investments, and the stock market.
• Analyze, Report, and Optimize: You analyze relevant KPIs, optimize campaigns continuously, and report regularly and transparently on performance and ROI.
• Ongoing Improvement. You lift financial education to a new level with us.

We invest in your individual training, promote targeted development, and make you step-by-step an expert - with the clear goal of long-term cooperation.

Qualification

What You Should Bring

You have a high performance readiness, thirst for financial knowledge, and want to develop yourself personally into a specialist in the finance sector.

• Experience. You have 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in customer support and marketing, ideally through internships or similar activities.
• Passion. You are passionate about exactly this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup Responsibility. You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have tackled things without hesitation, were result-oriented, and quickly implemented.
• Personal Growth. You learn and develop yourself eagerly, whether in your job, the sector you work in, but also privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping an eye on team success.
• Smart. You have very good analytical and structural skills to think through scenarios ahead of time. What you thought through, you structure accordingly.
• Language. Your German is ideally at the C2 level. Your English is good for conversations.
• Tools. You have practical experience with common financial and AI tools.
