Inventory Maintenance Supervisor

Description of the job

• Manage and control inventory of materials and replacement parts.
• Making orders for materials and replacement parts.
• Receiving and storing materials and replacement parts.
• Providing support to maintenance team.
• Maintaining updated records of inventory and orders.
• Performing periodic inventory checks.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to inventory and orders.
• Collaborating with procurement team to ensure acquisition of materials and replacement parts.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing action plans to implement improvements.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to present analysis results and monitor inventory performance.
• Evaluating risks associated with equipment and processes and proposing actions and mitigation plans;
• Developing and implementing inventory strategies using the ABC matrix;
• Supporting PCM team in managing Maintenance Budget.
• Collaborating with planning of maintenance shutdowns with replacement parts to be used.
