About the Role:
As our Inventory Controller, you will be a key part of our Franklin, Auckland branch ensuring accurate stock management and supporting the smooth running of our distribution centre while working closely with our national procurement team.

As our Inventory Controller, you will be a key part of our Franklin, Auckland branch ensuring accurate stock management and supporting the smooth running of our distribution centre while working closely with our national procurement team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- (50%) Hands on Inventory control (50%) administration.
- Accurately receipting and checking incoming goods.
- Stocking, rotating, loading, and unloading product.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
- Using digital systems to log and track daily deliveries.
- Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving out-of-stock issues.
- Managing purchase, returns, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Coordinating special orders and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge of the building industry is desirable.
- Previous skills with inventory control, inwards goods, or warehousing.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident using digital tools and internal systems.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organise, and manage workloads under pressure.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
