We’re looking for a sharp and reliable Inventory Controller to join a busy DG Goods & E-Commerce operation in Mangere. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with a strong 3PL background who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and keeping stock in check.

We’re looking for a sharp and reliable Inventory Controller to join a busy DG Goods & E-Commerce operation in Mangere. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with a strong 3PL background who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and keeping stock in check.
The Role:
- Split of duties: around 70% on the warehouse floor, 30% in the office
- Oversee and manage inventory across multiple client accounts (3PL environment)
- Perform stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting
- Operate forklifts safely to support inventory movement
- Use warehouse systems and Excel to track, analyse, and maintain data with accuracy
- Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) safely—experience here is a real plus
- Proven experience in inventory control within a 3PL environment (must-have)
- Current forklift licence and confidence behind the wheel
- DG handling experience (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Practical, reliable, and not afraid of hands-on work
- Ability to work independently while being part of a tight-knit team
- $33 per annum
