Inventory Control Superintendent

Your Job As an Inventory Control Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and flow of materials across multiple warehouses. You will lead inventory and warehouse strategies that enable uninterrupted production, operational excellence, and strong collaboration across the supply chain, while developing and empowering a high-performing team. Our Team You will be part of the Global Shared Plants (GSP) organization, working closely with Materials, Planning, Production, and other stakeholders to drive business results. Key Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing inventory control strategies that ensure accurate tracking and reporting of materials across multiple warehouses; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency; Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive business outcomes; Providing guidance and support to team members to develop their skills and expertise; Identifying and addressing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
