Inventory Assistant

In partnership with a renowned vehicle dealership, Also Hire is selecting an Inventory Assistant to work in Poços de Caldas-MG. This is an opportunity for organized professionals and attention-to-detail individuals who seek a position essential in logistics and part operation.

About the Job:

The Inventory Assistant is a fundamental piece for the smooth functioning of the dealership, being responsible for all physical management of parts and materials. The professional will ensure the accuracy of inventory, from receipt and verification of items to correct storage and separation for the service team. Their work ensures that the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify materials and parts, ensuring integrity and conformity with invoices.
• Organize and store products in inventory, optimizing space and facilitating location.
• Separate and package parts for shipping or the workshop, ensuring correct identification of items.
• Perform periodic inventories, stock control, and reports on discrepancies.
• Auxiliary in identifying and controlling damaged parts, following internal procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma completed.
• Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or related areas.
• Basic knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office).

Skills:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational sense.
• Agility and proactivity.
• Able to work well in a team.

Additional Information:

• Work Location: Poços de Caldas/MG.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 18:00 (with a 1.5-hour break).
• Employment Type: CLT (Full-time).
• Salary: R$ 2,000.00 per month.
